How to Take
Iron is absorbed best on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning. We recommend:
• Mix one scoop with a glass (100ml) of still cold water.
• Take it 1–2 hours before breakfast.
• If you have a sensitive stomach, it can also be taken 2–3 hours after a meal instead.
